Cannot import a schedule

Hi,
I have Logten pro V6 for the mac and for the iPad and am trying to import my roster to it. I have tried to copy and paste, or save as a PDF and import via Acrobat but nothing seems to work. I keep getting a message that no flights were found in the data I imported.

I work for Thomas Cook Airlines in the UK, and the fostering system is called SABER. I have enclosed a couple of screen shots to show what happens. The first is of the box into which the data is pasted, this is from adobe acrobat and is just a straight copy and paste. The second is the message I get when I try to import the data. I guess its a formatting issue, but have no idea how it should be formatted other than following the instructions on these pages.

Anyone any ideas?

    Hi,

Is this a new system at your airline? I found one request in our development queue for a schedule import update. Would you mind attaching your schedule below? How many different schedule formats does your airline have? I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Cheers,

    Jeremy

    Hi,
I don't think its a new system, we have had this system since the merger with MYT about 4 years ago.

I have attached a copy of my roster. One is in PDF and the other is the HTML page that you see when you log into the system.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

Do you work for Thomas Cook UK or Belgium or Scandinavia? Try opening your PDF in Acrobat, select all the text and then paste it into the import window while choosing Thomas Cook and let me know if you have any luck. If not I'll add this request to our database for future development.

    Cheers,

    Jeremy

    Hi Jeremy,

I have done as you asked, and it still wont work. I work for Thomas Cook Airlines UK. I know people in my airline have managed to do this with the old version of LogTen Pro, could it be a problem just with V6?

    Regards
    Jon Briggs.

Just got talked through it by a colleague, and managed to get it to work.
    Thanks for your time.

    Hi,

Okay, thanks for letting me know. What was the trick? Were you pasting in the wrong information or the wrong format?

    Cheers,

    Jeremy
