Sync.

Hello Support.

I am having problems syncing from Iphone to Imac.. On Iphone i am currently running LTP 6.0.2(6017) and on IMAC 5.7.5.(5714).

My Iphone won´t show on device list. I tryed to Un-pair.. No result. I tryed the create new network with iphone No work ??

So what do you suggest?

    Same problem. I pasted my roster into my MAC and did a sync to the phone and it worked fine. When I added the flights to the phone and tried to sync it back its looks like its working, but gets stuck on the 'finishing sync' page.

    Really still wondering what I paid all that money for to upgrade!

    Gutted so far!

    Hello Thomas,

    Sorry for the syncing trouble. It looks like you ended up with different versions of the app on your devices, and due to some major changes and additions, they cannot sync to each other.
    Did you intentionally upgrade your iPhone app to LogTen Pro 6?
    When did you purchase the iPhone app? There was a period of time where "recent purchases" received the upgrade as a free update, and you may have applied this without realizing.
    Also, what version of OS X are you running?

    Hello Tom.

    Yes, I have bought the new 6.0 version APP for iPhone. It solved the problem.

    You have a very nice product there.

    I think maybe, its a bit to aggressive marketing, to let members or owners of earlier products buy upgrades for full price.. Maybe you could consider, upgrades for a members only price, next time.

    Glad to hear you're running again! Unfortunately the App Store does not support discounted upgrade options, so what we are doing is limiting upgrade discounts to specific days. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest news and announcements of sales and these type of upgrade days.
