Smart groups don't update.

Smart groups I have created on the desktop and sync to the iPhone don't update after a leg is completed. In fact sometimes it subtracts time. The problem is only corrected if you tap on the group brining you into the setup view for the group than back out again. The total will be updated. However the next time you restart the app it is all screwed up again. Very annoying.

Looks like the latest 6.03 update helped. The groups no retain the correct times. Great job!

I apologize for the issue. What version and platform of LogTen Pro are you using? If you wouldn't mind sending in your data so we can take a look. You can use the in-app help function ( go to Help and select "Contact Support" with "Send your logbook to Coradine for testing" selected and attach a short note so we can identify the file). And just let us know what smart group you are having issues with. I apologize for the inconvenience.

6.03 for desktop, iPhone and iPad. iPhone and iPad are the problems. The smart groups were created on the desktop than synced to the iPhone and iPad apps. If you delete the smart group and re do it the same problems occur. Emailed my data. Thanks.

I'm testing with your data here and I can't seem to reproduce the issue. I'm adding flights and then when I go back to the Radar page all the Smart Groups have the twirling updating symbol and then update correctly. I played with your data fairly extensively to try and see if I could get the same behavior. Are you getting the spinning wheel showing the smart groups updating? Try force closing the app (go to the home screen, then double tap the home button to bring up the task bar, press and hold the LogTen Pro icon until it starts shaking and then press the little red button) and seeing if that helps. What Smart Group are you seeing this in? I may not be looking in the right place. Are you adding one flight and going back to the Radar page or adding multiple flights? I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks Jeremy...I leave on a trip tomorrow. I will take some screen shots and jot down the conditions when the problem occurred. I will report back ASAP. Just to give you a little more information though, I am importing my flights from FLiCA on the desktop then syncing to the iPhone.

Ok, what seems to happen throughout the day is my smart groups don't update. Let's use my E190 smart group as an example. I begin my trip with 190:12 in this group. As I fill in my OOOI times, on my iPhone, into the pre-synced scheduled flights then return to the radar page all rows twirl and update except for all of my smart groups. Once I select E190 and go into the editing page then return to the radar without making any changes it updates to the correct time 191:38. However, when I leave the app and/or kill it and then return to the in app radar page, it has defaulted back to the original 190:12. I'm at a loss. Thanks for trying to get to the bottom of this with me.
