Hello,
An easy way to backup your data is to run the Reports->Exporters->Export Flights (tab) report and email it to yourself. You can also backup in iTunes or turn on iCloud Backup services if running iOS 5. Here is a document on backing up your data (it pertains to your version as well as version 6):
http://help.coradine.com/kb/tips-tricks/what-should-i-backup
Version 3.2.2 is no longer getting updates as we now have a new major release. Our product cycle runs about 2 years (version 5 was updated for 2.5 years). This is similar to Snow Leopard or Windows XP no longer being updated - they have been superseded with a new major release. I hope that helps. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Cheers,
Jeremy

I did try "run the Reports->Exporters->Export Flights (tab) report and email it to yourself" to backup.
But I found out I couldn't restore them via email.
Is there any other way other than icloud or iTunes to backup and restore?
I bought LogTen Pro Pilot Logbook " just one year ago"!!!!!!
I still keep the elec. receipt!!!
And the version in my iphone is 3.2.2!!!
What do you mean "version 5 was updated for 2.5 years? Not for me!!!"
I paid 49.9 which is more expensive than THE CURRENT VERSION!
Is there any other option for upgrade???
I have been using i-device since 2010 NOV.
This is the most expensive app,and the only one ask for paying update(upgrade) just after "only one year using !!!"
It really not a happy experience!!!

Hi,
We operate on the same model as most software companies, we have free upgrades within each release and then offer paid upgrades for new major releases. In much the same way that Apple or Microsoft will release new software and charge for it. There hasn't been updates for OS 10.3 system in 4 years or Windows 98 system in a decade. As a previous customer of LogTen Pro we offer a 50% off discount to upgrade. If this is something you are interested in I encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on the latest Coradine news and upgrade details. You can also follow us on Twitter and Facebook.
iTunes is really the best way to backup your data and restore it. There are options for extracting your data with extraction tools:
Mac Data Extraction
PC Data Extraction
These methods would require our assistance here to restore without a Mac at home. With the Reports->Exporters->Export Flights (tab) it is difficult to restore but it is a safe export of your data that we can help your restore with if needed.
Thank-you,
Jeremy

I am interested in purchasing upgrade by 50% discount!
But I prefer to wait until the universal version app is available.
Will I get 50% discount still by then?

Hi Cliff,
We haven't decided if the universal app will be discounted for upgrade, if we do offer it it I'm not sure what the discounted price will be. We are still planning on having a discount day again in February for past users and at that time we will make a decision. We encourage you to sign up for our [newsletter](http://coradine.com/about-2/) to stay up to date on the latest Coradine news and details of our next discount day.
