Absolutely! However, as a general rule, we don't offer phone support because in the time it takes to handle one customer via a phone call, we can handle dozens through discussions in our support center.
Also, our online support is very responsive and very personalized unlike larger companies that outsource call services. If an issue cannot be resolved via our public or private discussions, we will schedule a phone call or iChat screensharing session to take care of you.
