My License for LogTen Pro 5 or Older Won't Activate

If you're having trouble activating LogTen Pro, it's almost certainly due to one of two reasons:

  1. The Owner and Activation code do not match
    Make sure you copy and paste BOTH the owner (email) and activation code from your original receipt email. If you're using an upgrade license enter the new upgrade license first, you will then be prompted for your qualifying older license.

  2. The license you are using does not match the version of LogTen Pro you're trying to activate
    You can verify the version of LogTen Pro you have by selecting "About LogTen Pro" from the "LogTen Pro" menu. Version 4 licenses start with "LTP4" and version 5 licenses start with "LTP5".
