Upgrading to LogTen Pro 6
If you have LogTen Pro for Mac
- Launch LogTen Pro 6 and it will prompt you to select your old version 5 file
- Enjoy!
If you have LogTen Pro for iPhone or iPad and LogTen Pro for Mac
- Make sure your Mac LogTen Pro 5 data is up to date (sync with any iOS devices)
- Launch LogTen Pro 6 on your Mac and it will prompt you to select your old version 5 file
- Launch LogTen Pro 6 on each device, sync with Mac to add your data
- Enjoy!
If you only have LogTen Pro for iPhone or iPad
If you had LogTen Pro 1.2.x or earlier for iPad or 3.2.x or earlier for iPhone and don't have LogTen Pro for Mac, then you will need to use our special upgrade service to upgrade your data for use in LogTen Pro 6.

Once you have that file you will simply email it to our upgrade robot and it will send it back to you with a link you can tap on that will bring the whole thing, images and all into LogTen Pro 6. It's in final testing and will be available shortly. We will update this article with the address just as soon as it's ready.
Until it is available, please create a new private discussion in our support center, and attach your file to it. Please also note in the message which device you are upgrading to LogTen Pro 6 on, and we will get it back to you right away.
