How To Merge Duplicate Items

This procedure will work for any resource, however for this example we'll use People

• Go to the People tab at the top of the LogTen Pro Window
• Pick one to be the one to keep, and for all the rest append "DUPLICATE" to each of the entries that should be removed
• Go to the main flights tab and search for DUPLICATE using the search field at the bottom right
• You now have all the flights using say, "Joe Smith DUPLICATE". Select all those flights and using the detail view at the bottom (toggled with the button at the bottom right corner of the Flights window) you can change them all to use just "Joe Smith".
• Go back to the People tab and verify that all the "DUPLICATE" entries have no flights associated with them anymore.
• Now you can just delete them!
